The art of good reporting is to ensure the following:-

1. Good quality data
2. Regular cycle of reporting
3. Simple process for gathering data
4. Rapid production

The above ensure that focus is then on driving outputs rather than production of the reports.

With this in mind a robust life cycle has been produced, which details the meetings and the reports that feed into the meetings.

The reporting and meeting process is a fundamental part of the planning process, this process ensures that meetings are undertaken as part of the day to day process and arent considered as wasted time.

Attendance to planning meetings should be at the Project Managers discretion but are likely to include Planners,  Engineers, Commercial Managers, Operation Managers, Health and Safety Managers.
